Health & Wellbeing North Ward is a private billing practice, the Doctors may choose to offer a discounted rate for children or aged pensioners.
All Patients must present their Health Care Card or Pension card at every visit.
Routine Vaccinations, General Practice Management Plans (Care plans), Team Care Arrangements and DVA clients will be Bulk Billed.
All First Nations patients who are aged under 15 years, hold a current health care card or pension cards, will continue to be bulk billed.
All First Nations patients who do not meet the above criteria, will be offered a discount from our usual fee.

Initial consultation regarding Workcover will be private Workcover fees until you receive your claim number. These fee’s will be reimbursed by Workcover once your claim is accepted.
We request that patients contact the clinic a minimum of 2 hrs prior or they will receive a $45 non attendance fee.
